Mt. Kilimanjaro ClimbSituated south of the equator in Tanzania - at 19,340ft (5895m) Mt. Kilimanjaro is Africa's highest mountain and is the highest 'free standing' mountain in the world. Huge permanent glaciers flow down from the summit. Spectacular views and beautiful ice formations are the reward for the successful trekker, as well as the satisfaction of conquering this mighty peak. Our ground operator in Tanzania belongs to IMEC – International Mountain Explorers Connection- and has sent well over 6800 people up Mt Kilimanjaro since 1993. Good guiding gets you to the top and our guides are excellent. Some of our guides have reach the summit over 400 times. Our guides motivate you and look after your every need – ensuring everyone gets safely to the top. The Keys hotel, your base hotel, is located in Moshi about 3kms from the centre of town. It has a swimming pool, indoor bar and restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable with ensuite showers.
