Indulge in premium wine and fine dining experiences at acclaimed vineyards Vasse Felix, the Truffle & Wine Co. and Oranje Tractor. Take a private cooking class with a renowned chef and catch crayfish on a 3-hour seafood lunch cruise. Visit a variety of unique cellar doors, gourmet chocolate & cheese factories, and boutique breweries/distilleries, tasting as you go. In between be mesmerised by spectacular scenery, beaches and wildlife. Head off-road on a 4WD adventure, take a scenic flight over the famous Pink Lake Hillier & walk through the ancient forests of the Valley of the Giants.
Day 1: Esperance & Cape Le Grand (LD)
Your South West culinary tour begins early from Perth. You will be collected at your hotel and transferred to Perth Airport for your flight to Esperance. By late morning you will be in the Cape Le Grand National Park, famous for its spectacular white sand beaches, turquoise lagoon & wildlife. Spend the day soaking up the serenity, including meeting the iconic kangaroos at Lucky Bay and having a swim. Enjoy a gourmet BBQ feast of local produce with views of Little Hellfire Bay. Check in at your 5-star villa followed by dinner at Esperance’s premier restaurant, Taylor St Quarters. Esperance Chalet Village.
Day 2: Albany (BLD)
Depart Esperance along the Great Ocean Drive, a 40-km loop featuring stunning beaches, rocky headlands, small bays & hidden ocean pools. Continue to Fitzgerald River Nat. Park and some bushwalking and views at East Mt Barren then a picnic lunch. Head off-road on a 4WD adventure along Hamersley Inlet Road enroute to Albany.
Optional Tour (replaces Day 2 above): Take a scenic flight over the world-famous Pink Lake Hillier. The fligth offers incredible views over Frenchman Peak, Cape Le Grand, Recherche Archipelago & Pink Lake Hillier. The vibrant pink of the lake next to the turquoise waters is a natural wonder sure to impress. After the flight, enjoy lunch in Esperance before heading towards Albany via the Stirling Ranges.

Day 3: Denmark (BLD)
Today is packed with culinary delights starting with Beach House’s iconic ’Bountiful Breakfast’. Journey through the Great Southern, stopping at The Gap & Natural Bridge to view spectacular rock formations. Arrive at Mt Romance for an out of this world relaxation experience at the Cone, the Gong & the Bowl. This private experience combines Gongs and Sandalwood in a 16 sided cone featuring celestial skies. Arrive at Oranje Tractor for a unique 3-hour meet the maker experience with the owners. During this exclusive tour, you will forage in the orchard picking & tasting organically grown produce.
Be guided to their tasting room to experience a 5-course ‘Wine Flight’ paired with organic food from the farm and region including cheeses, olives and smoked trout. Pop into the boutique Boston Brewing for a beer tasting paddle on the way to Denmark. Check-in to your spa villa.
Tonight, you are in for a treat as renowned Chef from Pepper & Salt restaurant provides an in-villa private cooking masterclass and 3-course meal. Aiyana Retreat.
Day 4: Yallingup (BLD)
Leave Denmark for William Bay National Park. Descend into Greens Pool where a white sandy beach with huge granite boulders meets you, and just up the road, you’ll be wowed by the turquoise waters of Elephant Rocks.
Continue inland to discover the old-growth forests of the Walpole Wilderness region. Connect with nature at the Valley of the Giants which places you 40 m high into the canopy of WA’s tingle trees. Arrive in Margaret River for a unique culinary lunch experience at the Truffle & Wine Co., WA’s first truffière and largest producer of superior black Perigord truffles in the world. Enjoy food and wine pairings. Arrive at your resort in Yallingup.

Day 5: Margaret River (BLD)
Enjoy breakfast at one of the local’s favourites, The White Elephant Beach Café. Take a look at the beautiful Margaret River Mouth and a world-famous surf break before moseying around the quaint township of Margaret River. Explore its eclectic mix of boutique stores, galleries and if lucky, the Farmer’s Market. Visit the world-class wine region including the founding estate, Vasse Felix.
Enjoy a tantalising 5-course tasting menu with selected wines. Spend the rest of the afternoon, tasting your way around the Margaret River region. For the perfect end to the day, take a short drive to iconic Meelup Beach for a swim, sunset and a gourmet picnic dinner of local produce. Smiths Beach Resort.
Day 6: Mandurah – Fremantle – Perth (BL)
After breakfast, depart on the unique Wild Seafood Experience. Board the Reel Affair II, a purpose-built cray fishing vessel. Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins as you cruise and indulge in a BBQ seafood buffet lunch. Then travel to Fremantle for your second cruise of the day. Sit back and relax on a 45-minute Scenic Cruise with wine tasting from Fremantle to Perth up the picturesque Swan River. Your guide will meet you at the dock and take you to stunning Kings Park overlooking Perth for one last toast before returning you to your onward accommodation.
